Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. Review and approve your online proof before we print. Check your artwork, size, and shape, and request changes from our design team if needed.
Where will my magnets stick?
Use a clean, dry, flat surface that attracts magnets, such as a suitable fridge door or metal cabinet. Not every metal surface is magnetic, so test the intended surface with a magnet first.
Are these adhesive stickers?
No. They have magnetic backing instead of adhesive. Lift them off and reposition them on another suitable magnetic surface. There is no paper liner to peel away.
What sizes and shapes can I order?
Choose a preset size from 2 × 2 to 5 × 5 inches, or choose Custom Size and enter your width and height. Custom shapes are available. Confirm the dimensions and outline in your proof before approving.
Do I need my artwork ready?
No. Continue to the next page to upload a design, generate or remix artwork with AI, or send your artwork later. Use your original, highest-quality file. Our design team can help with changes before printing.
Can I try a small order first?
Yes. Quantities start at one magnet. For a sample set, choose ‘Order samples’ to select 10 at your chosen size, then use Continue to choose your artwork.
Can I use custom magnets on a vehicle?
Use only a clean, dry, flat vehicle surface that attracts magnets, with the full magnet in contact. Check the surface before ordering; some panels will not hold magnets. Remove and clean the magnet when washing your vehicle, and keep lights, sensors, cameras, and license plates clear.
How do I care for my magnets?
Keep the magnetic back and the surface underneath clean and dry. Remove the magnet when cleaning the surface. For long-term storage, keep it flat and away from direct sunlight.
Can I print a photo, logo, or save-the-date?
Yes. Use full-color artwork, photos, or text for business promotions, events, gifts, and everyday displays. Keep small text clear and check the layout in your proof.
When does production start?
Production starts after your proof is approved. Shipping time depends on your destination and delivery method; production turnaround is separate from transit time.
