Custom products are made to your specifications and generally cannot be returned for a change of mind, except where law or a guarantee offered with your order provides otherwise.

Approved typos, incorrect measurements, and unsuitable application choices are not automatically production defects. We remain responsible for manufacturing the agreed product; proof approval does not remove remedies for our production errors or other covered issues.

We review requests individually and may offer a reprint, refund, or store credit based on the issue. Remedies address the affected product and applicable charges. We will explain the resolution and any return instructions. Store credit will not replace a refund you are legally entitled to unless you agree.

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Changes may not be possible after work begins. Where lawful, a cancellation refund may exclude completed work and nonrecoverable costs; we will explain any deduction. Legally required refunds and order guarantees remain applicable.

For a missing, damaged, or misdelivered shipment, confirm the address and contact us so we can investigate. Delivery dates are estimates unless your order includes an express timing promise. Required delay notices, cancellation options, and refunds remain available under applicable law.

Any guarantee offered when you placed your order remains applicable, including a 30-day money-back or satisfaction guarantee if offered. This policy does not retroactively narrow it or shorten a claim period or remedy provided by law.

Our order remedies and liability limits apply where lawful. Mandatory consumer, warranty, shipping, and refund rights remain protected.
